Jing Chinese Restaurant in Athens

The price was overpriced for the amount of serving and quality you would expect of a Chinese restaurant; the serving was small, and quality cannot be compared with other standards of Chinese restaurants in the east. I would suggest spending your money elsewhere.

The best Chinese restaurant in Athens.

I want to start off by saying I don't like writting bad reviews but this restaurant had multiple issues. If you are visiting avoid this restaurant at all costs. They cater to the locals over other patrons(even though for a family of 4 we spent over 100 euros, far more than any other family around us). My dad had to wait 20 minutes after the rest of us finished eating to be served. When we asked what happened the waiter had the audacity to ignore hold us, hold up a finger and proceed to take two other orders, go back into the kitchen multiple times, and take a break before coming to talk to us. In addition it took about 15 minutes after we asked for the check, for it to be brought. Lastly and THE MOST important in Greece if they do not present a printed itemized bill at the time of service you can leave without paying, this is a national law. If we were not honest people we could have walked away.

Too expensive. Be carefull. Wolt site shows 7.50€ for a chicken noodles dish, and if you go to pick it up by yourself it costs 11.50€

Nice clean place and nice food

Since I came to Greece all my dinning experiences has been great except of this one... you wait forever to get your food and surprisingly when it arrives finally, it is wrong order !!!! We left hungry and not satisfied from the service... can’t tell about taste and quality cause I didn’t have the chance to try it A lot of nice Resturant’s in the area... pick any except this one

After our tour we walked 1km to the restaurant. Service was very good, atmosphere was very good. Food came too quickly and tasted like it came from a can. The place was not busy 3pm. It is all about the food.

Good quality of food with great authentic taste. The food is not westernized. Service is excellent and friendly. During our stay in Athens we ended up here three times, so I can definitely recommend to anyone looking for authentic Chinese food.

Some great Szechuan style food. A break from Greek cuisine to clear out the sinuses.

This place is nothing compared to East Pearl which is opposite them. The food was bland, no colour or seasoning to it, and a rip off 2 little spring rolls was €3.50! Where as East Pearl you get 5 spring rolls for €4. A family of 5 came in after me and my cousin and got their food before us, the customer service isn't great. Do not come here go to East Pearl.

The most authentic chinese I know and I have tried many

Well, from my taste of view, 4 star it's the maximum. Taste is not 100% Chinese taste but its good enough to experience Chinese food in Athens! My Girl has a Chinese stomach， wherever we go in the world, Chinese food it's the must food to eat everyday... It's same as most of the Chinese taste but not me LoL. I think this is why because there have a lot of Chinese Coustoms to visit here, so the price it's a little expensive here. 45Euro per head. Well, at least, if you same as my girl who needs must eat Chinese food on the Journey , here is the right place to come, it quite enough for 解饞！

Must see the menu. Talking about how to protect yourself from pickpocket in Athens, it's useful. Food is good.

Sadly I can’t give less than 1 star. Tasteless noodles. Awful soups and a diarrhea as a result!

The owner is humor and humble.The food is really good but some dishes slight different from authentic style. The restaurant is beautifully decorated.(Chinese, living at Los Angeles now)

Rich menu, great food, good environment, but below average catalogue and waiters not speaking Greek!?!?!? They cannot explain to the customers the dishes!!!! I would recommend it for the tasty food!

This is decent for finding Chinese food in Greece. However, their dishes are a little bland and not fully authentic in taste. Overpriced.

Mapo tofu was great! Although there was barely any ground meat, the flavors were amazing. The food is good here but it is very expensive. A bowl of rice was 2€ and they don't ask if you want water, they just open a bottle when you sit down and charge you for it later.

Awful food. The worst caramel chicken. Noodles were tasteless.Such a fraud 😔

A bit pricy in comparison with local food but the portions are generous and the quality is good. They give you even take away boxes if you can’t finish it.

As an Indonesian-Chinese who lives in Norway, this place was a cure for my craving for authentique Chinese food, though the food taste itself has a little taste fusion with European style. I tried 4 dishes and they were all spectacular! They managed to preserve the Chinese taste in all of them, but included the European signature in all too. Somehow, the food menu was almost all in Mandarin although they provided English explanation in most of it. But that’s a minor detail compared to the whole greatness of this restaurant. I really recommend all types of beef, tofu, shrimp, and scallop menu. They didn’t have that many collection of the Chinese tea, except for the Chinese green tea. But it was good enough for us. The interior design was set to meet the Chinese authentique restaurant as if you were in Hongkong or Singapore. Overall, this is a great Chinese restaurant you have to try in Athens!!

Excellent ! Friendly environment

The restaurant was okay. The ambience is really nice but the food was not so great. Maybe it's my little previous experience with Chinese food made such an impression.

Came here for lunch, it was good but not amazing. For four hungry individuals it’s just fine. The interior was not super cosy but ok. Good service

SHAME!!!!! Worst asian place i ever met. They spoiled everything. Pork like rocks. Rice 7.5 euro.... Sour and sweet soup like water. Service is sooooo bad and long. Prices like in mishelen Restaurants... I was literaly crying... Shame Shame Shame.

I have to say, for a Chinese food in Greece. This place was pretty good and I would come here again if I am able too. The food was great and I was not disappointed at all.

So we started with some soup choices that were nice.Unfortunately when we wanted to order the main courses and we asked the Greek waiter about some of the food options we ve been told that the Greek and Asian menu is different(???) cause as he said : Asian people eat that strange things??? If you have that kind of attitude / beliefs maybe you should not work an an Asian restaurant...

This place provide REAL Chinese food. Taste correct and strong enough. Owner (from Beijing) is very friendly, checked several times to see if everything was good.And for someone ask fortune cookies, they don’t have fortune cookie because that’s NOT CHINESE, that’s something from America.

For sure, the most awful restaurant in Athens!! We ordered not something special in order to play safe since it was the first time to eat there(and of course the last)!! The main dish was lamb (main dishes start from 13 euro!!) of the poorest quality with mainly bones and fat like floating of the sauce!! Starters were wuntons and spring rolls, undercooked (even those with the meat inside!)!! When the waiter asked if the dishes were tasty, we honestly answered NO and then he told us that this was the traditional way of cooking and that we have could ordered others dishes that are more tasty!!!!!!! For the quality, the quantity and the whole experience, half a euro as a rating in the price range, should be ok...

Slightly pricier than other Chinese restaurants in the vicinity, but the ambience is good and so is the food. One tip - if the menu says the soup serving is for 2-4 persons, they mean it!

I’m genuinely so so happy I found this place. I’m originally from here, but having spent 2 years in China I’ve found it impossible to find authentic Chinese food in the city. This place is it. Get the spicy soup hot pot 麻辣锅 sooooooooo soooooo good. Bit pricey for Greece but sooooo worth it.

At last a good hot and sour soup in Greece! Tyhe rest was good too. Will return.

Correct and a bit expensive for Athens

The dishes were average and prices were more expensive as compared to local competition. The notable thing will be their large variety of dishes. The staff were friendly to explain to first-time customer, and even provide wifi! :)

Another great Chinese restuarant with great food menu. Huge variety of delicious choices, I tried chicken, beef and fish all of them were tasty and very big portions, little bit pricey but belive me it is worth it, strongly recommend
